Question: How do i care for my braided wig after wearing it?
Ans: Once in a while, wash your braided wig in a lukewarm water with good quality shampoo.

Do not use hot water due to the synthetic material used in braiding. Using hot water might damage the strength and longevity of your wig and make them look rough.

Question: Can i request for custom order?
Ans: Yes you can

Question: How do I care for my braided units when it just get delivered ?
Ans:Take out of the bag/box and stretch it out by finger combing. Packaging will make the braids fold but doing this would make them go back to normal.
If your braided wig looks wrinkled at the tips, then deep the lower part of the wig in hot water for 5 seconds to straighten out the tips. Do not squeeze out with hand or towel.
Finger comb your braided wig downwards and leave it to air dry 
Spray your braided wig with very little amount of hair spray / oil sheen since it’s still brand new to keep it shining.

Question:What hair are your wigs made of?
Ans:Our wig base are made with synthetic lace wigs ,closure and frontal to give you a very natural look.The braid strands are hand made with 100% synthetic premium Kanekalon fibre. Our wigs KNOTS DOES NOT come BLEACHED

Question: How long does shipping takes?

Shipping is usually within 3-5 business days for orders placed outside of the UK. UK Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

There are extra shipping charges for fast track delivery.

Ans:We are a Uk based Company with our operating factory located in Nigeria. We ship wigs to our clients worldwide from both Locations

Question: Can the braided units be packed up into a ponytail?
Ans: It depends on which lace cap you purchase. If you choose the full lace wig unit or the unit already made in high ponytail style, you can achieve that look easily.

Question: How long does your braided wigs last?
Ans: Our braided wigs can last well for two years and more if properly taken care of.
