Shipping policy

All our items are shipped via DHL Express, Royal Mail and UPS. We will not make any attempts to ship with any other shipping courier not listed on our website.

MISSING PACKAGE SENT TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS
Slayersbraids owner of www.slayersbraids.com is NOT responsible for missing packages sent to the right shipping address. By accepting our terms and conditions pre-checkout you are consenting that you have read our terms of service and you accept that we are not responsible for missing packages sent to the right shipping address.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE
By default all our out-going parcel require customers to sign upon delivery or pick-up due to the high crime rate in North America and around the world. We will not drop any package on your front porch unless specified buy you the customer to do so.

Please note that we don’t ship or process orders on a weekend or holiday because shipping companies don't pick up packages on weekends.
