For custom request orders : we need 5-7 working days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery excluding days of public holidays

For regular orders: we need 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery excluding days of public holidays ]

DELIVERY SIGNATURE
By default all our out-going parcel require customers to sign upon delivery or pick-up due to the high crime rate in North America and around the world. We will not drop any package on your front porch unless specified buy you the customer to do so.
