Return/Exchange Policy
Here in Slayersbraids, we pride in our high level of customer satisfaction. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best quality wigs.
We also understand that there might be complaints or dissatisfaction, in which case we do our best to resolve the issue.
Damaged Or Wrong Items
If a wig is delivered damaged or with wrong style or colour, we will issue full refund or exchange and also handle the return fee. We usually request pictures of the error sent via the email address or WhatsApp attached below this page. Please make sure to notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order with the reason for the return. We will get back within 48 hours with a conclusion from our Customer service department. The return should be made with tracking number sent within 10 days of the delivery date as stated by the courier website.
General Dissatisfaction
Once a customer decides to return an item for not fault of ours , [i.e they don`t just like the unit and would wish to return] Such customers pays for the RETURNED SHIPPING FEE and a 30% restock fee is applicable on it.[ this helps to cover for the cost of shipping the unit and the cost of packaging the said unit]
Exchange units
Exchanges are accepted on UNWORN and UNALTERED units only.
Please notify us immediately and ship back unit[s] within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we confirm delivery of the unit, We will process and ship out the replacement wig.
FREE SHIPPING IS NOT APPLICABLE TO EXCHANGED UNIT[S]Customers are responsible for the returned shipping fee and cost of shipping the new unit
*WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURN LABELS.
*All return/exchange items must be unworn and unaltered or changed in any way
*Item should be returned in the state it was received; It must not be used, washed or bleached, lace must be intact as delivered)
*We suggest sending through a courier that provides delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
*We must receive the product and inspect it before an exchange /Refund can be made. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/Refund if the conditions stated are not met
Custom Orders
We do not accept returns when an item is customized (Root coloring is included)
Cancellation
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing an order for cancellations. After this time frame 25% restocking fee applies.
Missing Parcel
Investigation will be carried out and if the courier company confirms item is missing, we will work with Courier company to recover and reimburse or deliver another unit.
PLEASE NOTE: that it may take 1-2 weeks for the investigation to be concluded.
Lost In Transit
(Courier company takes responsibility) We will work with the courier company to find the parcel, or send another unit or issue a refund.
Sales Item
items bought on sales cannot be returned.
*DELIVERY NOTICE - Courier Company’s Notice of delivery serves as proof of delivery. We work with the currier company if further investigation or proof is needed.
